I am putting in a request for a PIN for each patient. The sign-in process is very cumbersome. After having a system that just required a 4-digit PIN and no questions asked, it was quick and seamless and kept our office flow going, no bottlenecking...
One other suggestion. It would be great to have a link to the text number on the online schedule. For example "not finding the time you need, you can text the office for help." CHR4531101

when clinics send records from the treatment dashboard, if they're sending it to an attorney or someone other than the patient, there is no record of it in CS to confirm sent
