When forms are completed, the system asks the user to find their code again. Once that's is done it says all forms are completed.... That is an unnecessary step and causes friction and confusion. -CHR4831548

Auto Send Forms

For the patient forms link header to read "Patient Forms" not "New Patient Forms" - some clinics use this for progress forms too.
