Auto Send Forms

After you schedule a NP (or any) Appointment, the forms can be sent automatically. Currently have to go into patient file - communicator - scroll down and click to SMS/Email. Both automating sending out patient forms that are linked to appointment categories AND giving an option to Link Forms and Send Out on the fly in the Schedule New Appointment screen would be huge.
