When forms are completed, the system asks the user to find their code again. Once that's is done it says all forms are completed.... That is an unnecessary step and causes friction and confusion. -CHR4831548

After you schedule a NP (or any) Appointment, the forms can be sent automatically. Currently have to go into patient file - communicator - scroll down and click to SMS/Email. Both automating sending out patient forms that are linked to appointment...
