dont allow note to be created/dated for a date that there was no visit/appointment

Household Scheduling

A way for household bookings to take up two time slots (if provider is set to 2 max per timeslot) issue is that it only takes one slot, so others are able to book online for the 2nd slot.

Treatment Dash "Future Appointments" to show Cancellations

right now "future appointments" on the patient treatment dashboard do not indicate if the appt was cancelled, they remain there as if theyre scheduled and you have to click to edit the appt to see that its been cancelled.
