Well Balanced requested notifications (by email) for forms completed in all places. Right now we send a notification if a form was completed online. She wants one when they complete through unique link that was sms/emailed, patient mobile app, and/or self checkin.
As we discussed the idea, I recommended if we could add the Form Tracking that available currently in the Front Desk, as a column in the Appointments Listing Report, they could run all future appointments and track forms, and even quickly hyperlink over and resend.
Jorgensen Family Chiropractic reported similar request- "it would be helpful to get an alert when patient forms are completed and submitted. Patients should also get a confirmation that their forms have been submitted"
