Would be nice to set a patient preference for statements, SMS, Email or Print and be able to see and query by preference when running/sending their statements from Queue.
The superbill with payments does not have a remaining balance and the superbill without payments does not show the total amount paid by the insurance/payment subtracted from the original amount. CHR6641318

There isn’t an entire list of diagnosis codes - if more than 4 are pointed to one cpt. It’s also not an option in default statement settings to have the entire list of diagnosis codes present. CHR9391572
