mark a patient's account "Statement Hold" or a box to check preventing a statement from even being generated? We have Collections patients who should not be getting a statement and I don't want to accidentally send them one.

full list of dx codes on superbill

There isn’t an entire list of diagnosis codes - if more than 4 are pointed to one cpt. It’s also not an option in default statement settings to have the entire list of diagnosis codes present. CHR9391572
