visit counter for multiple specialties

We find the Chiro Visits Met feature very helpful, but struggle with the fact it counts (or counted) down for any visit and that wouldn't work for us because we see patients for multiple specialties. Is that feature ever expected to be visit type/doctor or therapist specific??
