Family Membership with Households

We need some guidance.

We have chiropractic plans that families can buy and share.

For example a family of 5 can share a 20 visit punch pass.

If we have everyone connected to a "household" in the system is there a way that will track the 20 visits no matter which family member uses it?

And how would we process a payment for that?
