Well, to be even more accurate, at the top of every treatment record, whether it be exams or soap notes, at the top of each page should be: Name DOB Claim # And Date of the service

Make patient column editable in payment/write off screen
provider would like patient owes column to be editable to save time when trying to balance out the claim after the insurance payment comes in. it would avoid having to unpply all the funds to reapply the correct amount.
