Suggestions for the View of Product History

1) We would like to see the Date of purchase on the left side of the screen instead of the right.

2) we would like the products to be listed vertically instead of horizontally

3) we would like to see the quantity purchased as well (This is not as important as the first 2 things).

4) We would like a better way of printing out the product history. Right now when you print out a full product history, it does not list the date of purchase, it only gives the product claim number.

5) We would also like that on the product receipt, it would only list the date of service 1 time, and the products associated with that date of service, instead of listing the product claim number or the date of service for each individual product.
