Want the ability to pull any Outcomes measures from patient files. Something that would show improvement of Oswestry scores or a Neck index, or showing how pain scales have changed over a treatment plan
It would be great to have a form for patient's that asks their insurance information and auto populates in the system, similar to the Contact Information

Clinic Name versus billing name - We run Two Clinics from one address and from one billing NPI - Receipts and Stmt should print both names, even though we are Billing only the from the one.
