Clinics are asking for providers to have the ability to turn on or off the templates they use. For example, for clinics with Chiropractors plus massage therapists or physical therapists, there is not a need for the chiropractor to see PT templates...
If diagnosis were a column in the compliance report it would be easier to check your claim before signing the note. Currently this is a manual process. Providers do not want to do this from Pending Claims.
information from initial exam to auto fill into daily notes
Can information noted from the initial exam automatically be filled into a daily notes I.e. patient complaints, symptoms, and objective findings (muscle strength and positive ortho exams).
