Would be helpful if two providers can complete separate notes from the front desk screen for a patient vs having to click into treatment dashboard to start a new note.
Many doctors would love if patients can cancel their own appts either in-app or online. It is especially hard for solo-practitioners or those who are low-staff certain days of the week.

Automated reviews should be able to trigger from other areas of the check out feature, not only payment checkout on front desk. Ask of right now the only way to trigger the automatic patient review link is with payment checkout on front desk screen.
Currently if a user clicks on a file in the records section of the treatment note, it opens a new tab to view a file. Clinics have reported that they would like to see a pop up window appear with the image instead of a new tab.
