Need to add a new claim color for secondary claims. When a claims is being forwarded by Medicare or being sent by the clinic as secondary it needs to change the status of the claim to a still processing phase until secondary is complete.
Action Chiro- asking for secondary claim color as well.
Adding color example (bright orange) - IF a primary claim has been auto forwarded to Secondary ( will note on the claim log) OR been submitted/completed as a Secondary - claim color turns to Bright Orange - then providers can tell that claims to include/not include in a statement and also follow on the Aging Report their outstanding Secondary's
