The ability to see co-pays, co-ins, deductibles paid or met on a statement

Having a statement type that shows more details is beneficial when a clinic speaks to a patients on why they owe what they owe. Being able to see the additional information makes it easy to explain that to the patient. Other EHRs provide this.

The ability to upload file that is a copy of the EOB they get from paper checks

Products on Statements

A lot of our clinics sell products. Currently, there is no way to include a product balance onto a statement. Synergy Medical is a big one who could benefit from this.
