When forms are completed, the system asks the user to find their code again. Once that's is done it says all forms are completed.... That is an unnecessary step and causes friction and confusion. -CHR4831548

specific to android devices. " I suggest clicking on February 2025 in black area would do the same thing as clicking on the grey area, most calendars work that way. Would be less confusing for clients."- CHR6071414

Consent forms can be "printed" then saved, but the Health Questionnaire will only print, no option to save--because of this, I can't easily email certain forms
