Show on monthly statements the number of days the claim is overdue. The office can see this on the aging report, but it would be nice if the patient would be able to see on the monthly statement the number of days overdue as well.
Within the Statement Que section, it would be very nice to have a column that displays the days past due for claims as well as a column that would allow for a drop-down box that we could select an individualized customizable text that would print on the statements during a batch month end printing of all statements. It appears that this is available to run on individual statements one at a time, it would save a lot of time if this could be combined within the screen to batch print statements.
