Delete for AI Scribe

It would be good to have a way to delete all the AI Scribe notes from the previous visit. Right now we need to go an delete each box, which is time consuming. I would suggest putting it in the dialogue box that you use to start the recording. Or to have checkbox that would always delete AI notes when you are taking a new set of notes.
