mark a patient's account "Statement Hold" or a box to check preventing a statement from even being generated? We have Collections patients who should not be getting a statement and I don't want to accidentally send them one.

direct link to our online scheduler with a specific category already selected
for example - a new patient ad = if we wanted to link our online scheduler to the ad but have it already toggled to our NP Adult appointment type? Is that a possible thing?
