Change Add Payments to "Add Payments/Write Off in claim history
In the claim history under Actions the dollar sign icon currently reads: Add Payment. New clinics and new staff do not know that this is also for adding manual write offs (doctor directed, etc).
CHR9656796 - " Our process is that we run the aging report for gold and red and post any payments, updates, etc but if a gold claim is being reworked is there a way to change it to purple until an updated insurance response is received"

The superbill with payments does not have a remaining balance and the superbill without payments does not show the total amount paid by the insurance/payment subtracted from the original amount. CHR6641318
