Add a "counter" or "ticker" component to SOAP notes- For example, a "counting" component would be able to label the first SOAP note as "Visit #1", and then when you pull up the note for their second visit it would be able "count" up one and show "visit 2" and so on.
It would be easier to tell patients each time you pull up the note that it's their 10th visit because it would show that at the top of their note. And there could be other uses as well
