Click to add/remove macros in note

Improve efficiency - "You either have to delete and restart, or search through the paragraph to the parts you need to edit--our previous EHR you were able to click on editable portions (highlighted in blue) to edit those alone and see them clearly"

Another client has reported their old EHR you could "click" to add and remove macros easily without having to clear the whole box.
