shut off insurance billing mid year

can there be a function to shut off insurance billing mid-year once their allowed visits are met (ex., in NH often people get only 12 visits per calendar year), and then have it automatically restart at the start of the new calendar year? So, the insurance billing would kick off, or at least give an automated reminder without us putting individual reminders on all patients and manually turning it all on again?
