We would like to be able to set certain users the ability to email patients within CDR.
We would like the replies from those emails to go directly into the system, but not the main email address. We would like the replies to be received internally in CDR, but respond with the subject addition of like ATTN: "USER Name". (depending on the user who emailed the patient.
We don't want replies going to the main email address on the account.
