Almost every new patient that schedules online, schedules as a recurring patient/adjustment. It's because the select category isn't obvious. I think this need to be more "in your face" or a button to choose before the calendar appears. Right now the categories tab is very easy to miss.

pop up box on the online scheduling page that we could put instructions- it would be great if we could have a section that the patient would see in a pop up that would explain how to schedule online. We are getting a lot of people who are scheduling regular appts even though theyre new patients. This creates a serious issue with our scheduling at the front desk. CHR4531101
