Issue: Customers are not able to see previous statements generated for patients. In addition, customers cannot see the following data when generating a new statement:
Last Billed Date
Last Payment Date
Here is why this is important. If a patient contacts the practice, they might ask questions about their statement. Currently, there is no way to see any previous statements in ChiroSpring. Only, the user could review their claim history and look at claims. However, this data may not be the same as what was on that statement.
Another concern is for patients that are not paying their statement bill. Let's say a patient is sent five statements but has not made a single payment. Withoug seeing a "statement history" there is no reliable way to know you have sent this patient five statements and the patient has not made payment on any of them.
Solution Suggestion.
In ChiroSpring Desktop, anytime a statement is generated, we save a PDF copy of that statement under Statement History "View Statements" it is called. I would suggest we add two tabs to our current Patient/Statement page.

The 'Create Statement' page already exists. It would just be under this new tab. The new tab, 'Statement History' would show all of the previous statements (as PDFs) in a list box showing the statement date, and total amount.
In addition, I would suggest at the top of the Statement History page we show a few key data points.
Last Billed Date
Last Payment Date
Patient Owes Balance

Next, I would make a few improvements to our Billing/Statements section. We can add two columns to that page:
Last Billed Date
Last Payment Date
This way a user can filter by those and exclude patients for example that had a payment within say 30 days. Or, exclude creating new statements if they have been created within the last 14 days (as an example).

Adding these improvements would be a huge BOOST to our statements.
