Add back in Toggle search in Patient Listing Report

My funcionfirst- CHR7430946

Is requesting the toggle search to come back for patient listing report (all reports really) When they search it doesn't marrow down the search, it brings up everything with the search information.

Example search for 400 Folk for address, and it brings up more information than needed.
