Allow patients to reply to appointment reminders via SMS with simple responses (e.g., “1 = confirm, 2 = cancel”) and have the system automatically update the appointment status in the schedule.

Currently, patients can reply to reminders, but staff must manually update appointments, which adds administrative work and risks missed updates. Automating this would save staff time and improve patient experience.
