CA memo visible inside shopping cart

The clinic would like the ability to hover over an icon within the Cart section at the Front Desk to view the CA Memo.

Currently, in the Front Desk view, users can hover over the paper-and-pencil icon to see this information. They are requesting that the same functionality (including the same icon) be available within the Cart, allowing them to hover and quickly view the CA Memo there as well.
