ability to change claim color

want the ability to manually change claim colors. Example: Is there a way to manually change the claim status colors. I have a number of denied claims that have been resubmitted to the insurance from the clearing house yet the color stay yellow. How do I change that to purple or red? I would think it would do that automatically to take it out of the denial category.
