we would like to be able to use the rescheduled function to actually reschedule a patient and when using that button, patient receive a text indicating that they have been rescheduled to a new date/time. This would eliminate steps (currently, we have to click on the current scheduled appt, mark the patient as "rescheduled" and then create a new appt on the desired date/time). If we could just click on patients' appt, click "rescheduled" and change the appt to the desired date/time; this would make the process faster and more fluid.

We are still having to do 1-5 steps to reschedule a patient, which is causing a lot of errors in scheduling. Currently, we have to cancel the current appt, and then create a new appt for the desired date/time. It would be a much more fluid process if we could reschedule appts by clicking on the reschedule function and change the date/time. CHR6901601
Ability to reschedule an appointment (change date/time) without manually cancelling/creating a new appointment AND automatically send the patient an updated confirmation/reminder for the new date/time.
