Cart red in scheduler/front desk if no payment has been collected

I have a clinic that would like to know if we can make the "grocery cart" red, if there is a balance on the claim, that needs attention or collection. Provider states it would be a good visual reminder that a collection needs to happen. if a collection has been made then it stays black
