kiosk efficiency suggestions

I have a suggestion for reformatting the front desk kiosk. I have had patients complain about the multiple steps it takes to verify and check in and was wanting to request a simpler quicker format.

For example: If I put in my phone number, it pulls up the screen to type in my first and last name. It then asks me to mark my current conditions etc.

We are trying to transition our patients from simply writing their name and circling which service they are coming in for, to the current front desk kiosk. Therefore it is a lot more effort and steps for our patients.

We definitely want to utilize this feature in our clinic and know other clinics would greatly appreciate a more quick and efficient check-in.
