We would like a box in the treatment dashboard to have something similar to the excel doc, but like a bubble tracker of sorts. Open circles/bubbles if not completed, then filled in black if completed. - CHR7430946

It would also be helpful if there was the ability to have more than 3 treatment plans allowed in the patients chart as well. We have many patients who have multiple prepays for differnet services, and we are also wanting to be able to track specific monthly visits (Supplement reviews) for patients going though treatment protocols.
