A feature office had with Rapid they miss, is they could create form letters, IE for Referrals.

They could create a form letter to send an update to an MD for referral they sent, the form letter could pull in automatically the patient referred, their DOI, ICD history, Exam detail, Txt Plan etc so could quickly build and send to MD as added marketing tool. With ChiroSpring he has to do it in word and find data and copy and paste, takes a lot longer. Misses that feature the most
