Custom templates edit without losing previous information

We would like to be able to edit our custom templates without losing the information in the previous template. Like if you just edit the spelling of a word in a section, it won't prepopulate the next time going into a new note.

Pending Claims Folder - Adding Pt Paid and Pt Owes Column

Adding a column that shows Pt Paid and Pt Owes as one of the headers in the pending folder. This will provide a quick glance if the patient payment was applied to the claim instead having to open up the ledger or the claim log.

You should make it so the note and fee slip have to be tied to an appointment.

Right now you can make a note and fee slip for any day regardless of whether or not they had an appointment that day.
