Add feature to prevent claims from being submitted when they are not attached to a signed treatment note.
Add a feature to move Cash Claims into a "Non-insurance" folder (instead of Pending Claims).

Suggestion for Feature
We currently have the ability to enable or disable “Save & Sign” for treatment notes.
I propose we add a second feature called “Prevent Claims With Unsigned Notes From Being Submitted”
(i) When enabled, an “Unsigned” folder will appear under claims. Claims in this folder cannot be submitted.
In ChiroSpring Desktop, we have ONE Claims App (as we call it). On the left there are folders to show the whereabouts for any claim that is not yet paid (fully reconciled). See attached image.
My suggestion is to revamp our Claims to no longer have a dropdown. But instead show these tabs along the left. This provides a single environment for claims where they can be categorized into appropriate "folders".
With this, we could then add the "Unsigned" folder. As there have been suggestions to remove "Cash Claims" from "Pending Claims" the suggestion would be to also create a "Non-insurance" folder.
With this idea in mind, when the user clicks on Claims, open the screen and show these tabs along the left. Note, we will HIDE the “Unsigned” tab if the user has not enabled that setting feature (as per above).
Folders are:
Unsigned
Pending
Non-Insurance
Submitted
Held
In the future we can add a "Disputed" folder and even a "Billing Message" folder. Disputed, we use in desktop, to flag a claim that needs to be worked on and the staff is disputing it not being paid by insurance. We could also add a "Billing Message" folder so when our billing team wants, they can add a note (which they do now), but flag it as a "message" as that note is really applicable to the staff (should be read).
In the future we can separate the Print vs. Export as well. Currently I do not know how a user would know which ones need to be printed vs. EDI.
